Ben has been a head Chef and catering manager for over 10 years. He thrives in a high pressured environment and managing 10+ staff in a busy kitchen is another day at the office for Ben.
Having being trained by an Italian Chef, he has expert knowledge not only in Italian cuisine, but also a master of Mexican, French, Bistro & Mediterranean gastronomy.

Scott Woods - (Woody)
Scott's passion for cooking came at a young age, he starting working in kitchens at the tender age of 15.
He worked his way up through the ranks, commis Chef, Chef de Partie and sous Chef were all achieved in a short amount of time, a reflection of his passion and ability to prepare and serve high quality meals.
Likes: Freshly ironed chef whites!
